2011 Parks and Recreation Survey Results and Public Forum Input

The drafting of the new Helena Township Parks and Recreation Five-Year Plan is well underway and gaining momentum after receiving valuable feedback via the Parks & Recreation Survey (October 2011) and the input provided during Public Forum (November 2011). The Parks and Recreation Committee will continue to analyze this input through the remainder of 2011 and then be able to accelerate the drafting of this plan for public review and input prior to submission to the Helena Township Board for approval. The expectation is that this will be accomplished within the first half of 2012. Please check back periodically for the posting of the draft and its various revisions over the coming months.
