The Township Assessor is responsible for maintaining assessment records and determining property values used for taxation purposes.

Assessment Inquiries

Please direct all property assessment inquiries to the Assessor, including (but not limited to):

    • Questions about assessed value (AV), taxable value (TV), and property value changes
    • Arranging an in-person meeting
    • Inspection of, or requests for, assessment records
    • Pre-March Board of Review informal hearings
