If you are requesting permission to complete a project within Helena Township parks or are requesting that Helena Township undertake a project, your proposal must first be reviewed by the Helena Township Parks and Recreation Committee.

To be placed on the Committee’s agenda for consideration, you must complete and submit the official Project Application to Helena Township form. Following formal review, the Committee will forward a recommendation of support or non-support to the Helena Township Board. The Township Board will make the final determination.
