Meeting called to order by Gurr at 7:05 p.m.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Absent: Ken Renaud Mike Robinson, one opening for member
Township officials present: Guy Molby
Approval of Agenda: Add Officer Election under New Business Motion: Robbins, 2nd Bassil. Carried
Statement of Conflict of Interest: None
Approval of Minutes: March 01, 2018 As presented. Motion: Bassil, 2nd Westerman. Carried.
Public Comment: 0 in attendance
Communications: Discussion of Michigan Townships Association monthly magazine. Members
encouraged to go to website and sign up for this resource.
New Business: Feb 2018 LU 1; FC 6; AC 0; PC 7; ZV 0
Molby stated we may have a zoning board of appeals request. He is waiting on
paperwork.
Old Business: Review of zoning ordinance points of discussion.
Boat House: Structure not allowed in front yard set back. No living quarters allowed in existing
structures.
2nd Residence: Accessory building and structures allow for extra living quarters. No need for
additional language at this time.
Additional topics tabled for future meetings.
