Meeting called to order by Chair Jim Swan 7:05 p.m.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Approved with addition of ORV Discussion under Old Business. Motion Gurr, 2nd Swan Carried (6,0)
Approval of Minutes: Motion Bassil, 2nd Gurr Carried (6,0)
Public Comment: 1 in attendance. Question on commercial activity at south end of E. Torch Lake Drive. Committee of Bassil, Dewald, Molby will be meeting to review final documents.

New Business:
ZA Written Report
March 2010– _3_ Land Use Permits, _ 11__ Field Checks, _6 Attorney Contact, 19 Other Contacts.
ZBA Request: Discussion of revision to language in Section 16.06 as presented by Tim Fox.
Motion by Gurr to adopt recommended language. 2nd Dewey, carried (6,0) Public Hearing scheduled for May 5, 2010.
Old Business:
Special Use Permit:
Molby unable to review at this time due to medical emergency. Tabled until May meeting.
Wind Tower Discussion:
Bassil requested additional time to review the corrected draft. Discussion tabled until May meeting.
Definitions and Standards:
No committee report on this subject. Tabled until next meeting.
ORV:
Disscussion on need to ordinance and impact on businesses. Recommend the township take no action to create ORV ordinance. Motion: Swan, 2nd Gurr. Carried (6,0)
