Public Comment: 2 present. Resident voiced concern of fireworks being launched at ball diamond. Homeowners insurance concerns for July 3rd. Planning commission discussed precautions taken and stipulations of the approval from the township board and homeowners course of action to secure proof of liability insurance for their home during fireworks event.
Communications: Several letters concerning fireworks event. These letters and the one concerning Walker Shores will be added to the township record for this meeting.
Old Business:
Septic Inspection on Transfer: Consensus to present request for public forum to the township board for consideration.
Master Plan Review: Tabled for next meeting.
Fine Language: Tabled for next meeting.
