Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Public Comment: 0 in attendance.
Approval of Minutes: October 6, 2022 As submitted. Motion: Schafer, 2nd Gurr. Carried
New Business: Oct 2022: LU 3, FC 2, AC 0, PC 6, ZV 0
Annual attendance report reviewed and consensus that it is correct and can be submitted to the clerk.
Communications: None
Old Business: Master Plan survey data still being compiled.
Discussion of accessory building size restriction in ordinance.
Discussion to add language to clarify rules for permitted camping on vacant properties.
Consensus that meeting time should be moved. Next meeting will be the 1st Thursday at 5:00 P.M.
