HELENA TOWNSHIP SPECIAL BOARD MEETING
SEPTEMBER 20TH, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 7:01 PM by Penny Wagner and pledge of allegiance was said. Present: Wagner, Peterson, Gurr, Teague and Rice. The purpose of this special meeting is to discuss the proposed establishment of a district library. The township lawyer, Kate Redman, was present to answer questions and provide clarification.
Supervisor Wagner recognized David Reck for a point of order. Reck informed board that they had scheduled a special meeting and had a quorum present. He called the special library board meeting to order.
Interested persons gave public comment regarding the proposed district library.
A question and answer period followed between the board members and Kate Redman.
There was no conclusion, but it was requested that the agreement would be amended to include those items of discussion.

Reck adjourned the special library board meeting followed by the adjournment of the Helena Township board special meeting 8:40 PM.
