Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Minutes: November 1, 2018. As submitted Motion: Westerman, 2nd Basil. Carried.

Communications: None.
New Business: November 2018: LU ; FC ; AC ; PC ; ZV
Old Business: Final review of proposed ordinance language changes. No additional changes. Language change will be reported at December Board of Trustee meeting with recommendation to approve. Motion: Westerman; Support: Robinson. Carried
Continued discussion on points of interest identified by administrator and commission. List was updated and Gurr will submit this to Robbins for next meeting. Discussion to set time frame for completing this bullets so possible language change or clarification can be achieved.
