January 3, 2019
Meeting called to order by Gurr at 3:02 p.m.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Minutes: No minutes available to approve. Robbins will get notes from Gurr for December meeting.

Old Business: Discussion to add following to list of discussion points:
Peterson asked that we add mining and gravel processing operations to the discussion points.
Logee submitted page of suggested language changes in current ordinance.
Rental of RV. Logee suggested language to address this as prohibited. Also include language that would allow consultation with administrator for temporary use during construction of permanent residence. Clear definition of what would be temporary for this use.
Clear language concerning accessory structures & buildings in AG zone without a dwelling on the property.
Housekeeping Cabin Park still in definitions but no supporting language. Should this be revisited.
Additional pieces of ordinance that may or may not be pertinent to current zoning. Minor changes in language to clarify intent and purpose.
Definition of “temporary”. Robbins will look for use in the ordinance.
Discussion of time frame for getting changes done as follows:
February – use of the word temporary in the ordinance. Definition. Does it need to be defined for sections specifically or in the definition section of the ordinance.
March – Digital signs – discussion of what is a digital sign and what is an illuminated sign. Do we need clarification and changes to current language.
Rental signs – do we need language to address the trend of vacation rentals and advertising in front yards for this. Review all sign language
Time frame will be set for other topics as they arise.
