Meeting called to order by Gurr at 7:05 P.M.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion: Robbins, 2nd Schafer. Carried (5,0)
Statement of Conflict of Interest: None
Approval of Minutes: November 8, 2021 as submitted. Motion: Schafer, 2nd Robbins. Carried (5,0)
No meeting December 2021 or January 2022
Public Comment: Property owner in agricultural district presented questions on uses allowed on their property. Lengthy discussion between owners and commissioners about what the current ordinance allows and what uses would not qualify as permitted.
Communications: Memebers Laura Westerman and Joe Bassil are due for term renewal. Robbins to contact Westerman and then pass information on to Butch Peeples for extension of their terms.
New Business: January 2022: LU 1, FC 0, AC 0, PC 8, ZV 0
Old Business: Discussion of storage container and temporary time frame moved to March meeting.
Public Comment: Question from Robinson about whether someone could place a food truck at the old restaurant site. Discussion that it would need review and would not appear to be allowed for a non-owner of property at this time. Discussion to continue with ordinance topics.
