Meeting called to order by Gurr at 7:02 P.M.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion Shafer; support by Westerman, Carried

Public Comment: 0 in attendance.
New Business: September 2021: LU 6, FC 4, AC 0, PC 8, ZV 0
Approval of Minutes: July 13, 2021 Motion by Robbins, supported by Westerman. Carried
August 10, 2021 One correction. Move Westerman comment from public comment and word to
reflect her request to have food trucks reviewed under home occupation. Motion by Robbins,
supported by Westerman. Carried
August 12, 2021 Motion by Schafer, supported by Westerman. Carried
September 14, 2021. Motion by Schafer, supported by Bassil. Carried
Communications: Discussion of Citizen Planner training being offered. Gurr shared about the Home Occupation
handout that will be distributed for review. Robbins will provide all members with a hardcopy of
both of these items.
Old Business: Tabled. Discussion of home occupation material at the November meeting.
