Helena Township Board Meeting
February 11, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Supervisor Wagner, pledge of allegiance was said. Present: Rice, Wagner, Gurr, Teague. Audience: 5.
Motion to approve agenda with changes by Gurr, support Teague, motion carried.
Public comment: Duties for the deputy clerk were read, comments on 5 year plan.
Motion by Gurr, support by Rice to approve January 12th and 28th minutes with changes, motion carried.

Communications: Sheriff Bean gave summary of report and updates from 2008 to 2009. DNR update on docks was read. FOTL request read, motion by Rice, support Wagner to allow FOTL to purchase new freezer for kitchen, motion carried.
Committee reports: Molby submitted updates and will be having ZBA training. Gurr updated the planning commission. Teague updated ambulance authority.
Old business: none.
New business: Parks & Recreation 5 year plan will be reviewed and updated. Oath of office for new Clerk Dave Peterson Jr. was read and signed.
