January 12, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 7pm by Supervisor Wagner; the pledge of allegiance was said. Present: Rice, Wagner, Gurr, Teague, acting Clerk Skaggs. Audience: 8.
Motion to approve agenda by Gurr, support Teague, motion carried.
Public comment: none.
Motion to approve minutes of the November meeting by Rice, support Gurr, carried.

Committee Reports: Molby gave update on zoning issues, Gurr stated planning commission is moving in forward motion, Teague reported new ambulance purchase, and possible partnering with Mancelona on new location.
New Business: Motion by Wagner, support by Gurr to repair/replace broken boiler, motion carried. Update on DNR dock grant was given.
Additional public comment: D. Petersen will give planning commission updates on ORV ordinance.
Motion to pay bills by Gurr, support Teague, motion carried.
