Meeting called to order by Swan (7:03pm)
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Minutes: As submitted. Motion: Gurr, 2nd Robbins. Carried (1 abstain not present in March)
Public Comment: (3 in attendance) Molby mentioned possible need for public hearing on business coming to commercial district. He is waiting on the application to be completed.
Molby distributed sign ordinance language from Clearwater Township and would like us to review our language.
Swan asked about boat house application. It is in the permitting process now and has not been approved at this time.
Johnson reported that he will be gone the December 2014, and January through March 2015 planning commission meetings.

Molby asked that we look at how zoning violations are handled. Discussion of how fines and fees are determined and if there is a need to review language addressing violations as misdemeanors.
Conservation Easement Discussion. Robbins stated Kate Redman had been asked to look into including protection for areas identified in the EPA permit in the condominium documents. This will be addressed during the site plan review process.
Old Business: Site plan review committee has not met. Meeting being scheduled for week beginning April 13, 2014.
