New Business: Special Use Permit: Food establishment in Village
26 letters sent, 5 returned. 4 yes, 1 no comment.
Discussion of what business will involve. Food service will be walk up / hotdog & snack items. Approved by Health and Building Departments, along with other applicable permits or requirements. Business will be seasonal.
Finding of Fact referencing section 6.03.01 of the Helena Township Zoning Ordinance. Application meets all applicable conditions.
Motion by Dewald: Recommend approval of Township Board subject to required permits. Support by Swan. Vote (5 yes, Robbins (Township Trustee) withheld vote)
