Approval of Minutes: Two meetings. Minutes approved as submitted. December 7, 2011 Motion: Sw an, 2nd Gurr (5,0)

Public Comment: 0 in attendance. Molby distributed copy of Forest Home Township’s Medical Marihuana Ordinance for review. Discussion to maintain moratorium until more definitive ruling from courts.
Discussion with Molby on progress of trailer clean-up on East Torch Lake Drive. Material should not be burned. Molby will contact person in charge to motivate cleanup.
Communications: Email from legal counsel on notification of meetings request and response.
New Business: Storm Water Presentation: Not present. Recommendation from legal counsel this be handled by the township board. Discussion and recommendation to not adopt this ordinance.

Old Business: Zoning ordinance will be distributed to County, surrounding townships, utilities and placed in library and township office for review. New copies for commission and board will be printed after review from county and board adoption.
