Meeting called to order by Swan at 7:00 p.m.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Approval of Agenda: Motion: Johnson, 2nd Robbins. Carried (5,0)

Approval of Minutes: Tabled until next meeting (May 11 minutes)
Public Comment: 2 in attendance, No comments.
Communications: Training in Lansing for Citizen Planner. Contact supervisor to attend.
New Business: Public Hearing for Special Use Permit.
Molby–Living quarters over garage to be used by family, possible live -in nurse/aid. 8 properties affected, 7 mailings. 1 negative, 2 positive. Septic permit in place.
Harbaugh (Owner) will not be used for rental. Family member with severe allergies. Area would allow them to visit and enjoy the family cottage.
Motion by Gurr: Based on finding of fact the application is approved.
2nd Robinson. No further discussion. Motion carried (5,0)
Public Comment: Molby working with homeowner encroaching on setback.
