HELENA TOWNSHIP SPECIAL BUDGET MEETING
TUESDAY, JUNE 21ST, 2011
Wagner called to order the Helena Township Special Budget Meeting at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, June 21st, 2011. Wagner, Rice, Peterson, Teague, and Gurr were present. No one in audience.
Township board took no action on Helena Township Public Library budget for 2011-2012. Request for discussed changes will be sent to Helena Township Public Library Board.
Township board reviewed South Torch Lake Fire District’s budget for 2011-2012.
Rice made the motion to accept the South Torch Lake Fire District’s budget for 2011-2012 with support from Teague. Roll call vote was unanimous with five ayes.
Township board reviewed proposed budget for 2011-2012. Discussion followed. Gurr made the motion to accept the Helena Township proposed budget for 2011-2012 with final adjustments for the fiscal year ending June 30th, 2011 with support form Wagner. Roll call vote with resulting five ayes.
Meeting was adjourned at 11:30 AM. by Supervisor Wagner.
