Annual Meeting
Present: Doris Felton, Linda Fox, Jim Gurr, Gary Hutchens, Barb Lockrey,
Absent: Priscilla Miller, Bonnie Robbins
Call to Order
J. Gurr called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
Approval of Minutes
The April 8, 2015 minutes were reviewed. B. Lockrey moved to approve the minutes as written. G. Hutchens seconded; all were in favor and the motion passed.
Old Business
There was no old business discussed.
New Business
Election of Officers
J Gurr recommended that officer positions remain the same with him remaining as Chair, B. Lockrey as Vice Chair and L. Fox as Secretary. G. Hutchens made a motion that these individuals remain in their positions for another year. B. Lockrey seconded; all were in favor and the motion passed. D. Felton will continue as an alternate. Priscilla Miller is unable to be an alternate and a replacement needs to be found.
Announcements
The next annual meeting of the ZBA will be in April 2017 at 7 p.m.
B. Logee is the interim Zoning Administrator during G. Molby’s absence.
Adjournment
B. Lockrey moved that the meeting be adjourned at 7:25 p.m. G. Hutchens seconded; all were in favor.
