Meeting called to order by Swan at 7:06 p.m.

Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Public Comment:         None

Communication:          None

Report from Gurr that Board accepted recommendation to not address Medical Marihuana ordinance language until more definitive action on court challenges.  Moratorium is in place.

Old Business:               Work on zoning ordinance language.

Clarification that use by right of travel trailers and recreational vehicles is the same for all districts.  Language as stated in July 6, 2011 minutes.

Section 5.01.01.C:  Will read:  Temporary accessory structures that are not attached to the land surface are permitted in the rear setback only if they otherwise meet the requirements of this Ordinance.  Temporary structures permitted in residential districts include play structures, temporary woodsheds, bbq pits, and other similar temporary structures so long as they are not permanently attached to the ground.

Section 5.01.06:  Question need for language.

Section 5.01.08:  Easement width of 22′ sufficient for private road serving more than one lot or home.

Section 5.01.09:  Strike Sexually Oriented Businesses section.  No language at this time.

Section 5.01.11.A:  Will read:  The home shall not be located closer than 1500 feet to any of the following:

Section 5.03.01:  Discussion of what should be required.

Section 5.03.02:  2nd sentence:  strike ‘Any additional’ from beginning of sentence.

Section 5.10.03.A.3:  14 days

Section 5.10.04.C.d: Strike

Discussion of new language for Signs, Offstreet Parking, and Lighting sections.  Decision on meet July 25th to review the document again in preparation for August 3rd meeting and need for updated document so all will be able to follow review of the document.  Robbins will make copies of document with revisions.
