Meeting called to order by Moglovkin at 5.02 P.M.
Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll Call:

Absent: Gary Lockwood Joe Bassil
Township officials present: Bob Logee
Approval of Agenda: Motion by Gurr, 2nd by Schafer Carried
Statement of Conflict of Interest: None
Administrative Elections: Motion by Robbins to keep current seats: Moglovkin as Chair, Robinson as Vice Chair, Robbins as Secretary. Support by Gurr. Motion carried.
Public Comment: 0 in attendance.
Communications: None.
Public Hearing on Proposed Language Change: Meeting closed at 5:09 PM. No public present to comment.
Language change would remove restriction on accessory building size. Currently limited by footprint of residence.
Motion by Shafer to forward language change thru adoption procedure, supported by Gurr. Motion carried.
Robbins will send this to County Planning Commission and surrounding townships for review.
Language will be presented to the township Board of Trustees for final approval or recommended changes.

Points of Interest for Ordinance review: Tabled. Logee with submit suggested language changes concerning accessory dwelling unit size language for future discussion.
