Opened with Pledge of Allegiance.

Township officials present: Guy Molby
Approval of Agenda: Motion Robbins, 2nd Dewald. Approved (5,0)
Statement of Conflict of Interest: None.
Approval of Minutes: September 5, 2012 As submitted. Motion: Swan, 2nd Gurr. Carried (4,0) Robbins abstain.
Public Comment: Molby reported November meeting will have wind energy special use permit.
Communication: Discussion of boat storage in commercial district and need for Molby to check for deed restriction on property.
Forest Home notification they will be reviewing their Master Plan language.
New Business: ZA report 4 land use, 15 field checks, 0attorney contact, _14 other public contacts, _0_violations
Old Business: Discussion of need to review accessory uses for existing businesses and if the procedure for approving uses.
Add outside boat storage in commercial zone to October agenda.
